We pride ourselves on fast response times. For customers in Idaho Falls and Ammon, we often can schedule same-day appointments—especially if you call early in the day. For surrounding areas, we typically can schedule within 1-2 business days. When you call, we'll give you a specific time window based on current availability.
Yes! Our technicians are trained and experienced with all major brands including Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, GE, Maytag, Kenmore, Amana, and many others. We do charge an $89 diagnostic fee, but here's the good news: if you approve the repair, we waive this fee and apply it toward your total bill. This means you only pay for the actual repair work. If you decide not to proceed after the diagnosis, you'll still be responsible for the diagnostic fee.

Washer Repair FAQ
Loud noises during the spin cycle are usually caused by one of several issues: worn drum bearings, damaged shock absorbers, a failing drive belt, or unbalanced loads. If you're hearing grinding, banging, or excessive vibration, it's best to stop using the machine and call us before the problem gets worse.
Absolutely! A washer that won't drain is one of the most common issues we handle. The problem is usually a clogged drain pump, kinked drain hose, or faulty drain motor. Our technician will diagnose the specific cause and get your machine draining properly again.
Several things can prevent proper spinning: a worn drive belt, failing lid switch (or door lock), clutch problems, or motor issues. Clothes coming out soaking wet is a sure sign something's wrong. We can quickly diagnose and fix whatever is preventing that spin cycle.
Leaks can come from several sources: worn door seals (front-loaders), cracked detergent dispenser drawers, loose or cracked water inlet hoses, or a clogged drain system. Water damage from leaks can be serious, so it's important to address leaks promptly.
Dryer Repair FAQ
A dryer that runs but doesn't heat usually has one of these issues: a blown thermal fuse, failing heating element, defective thermostat, or power supply problems (for electric dryers). Gas dryers might have igniter or gas valve issues. We'll diagnose the exact cause and get it heating again.
We recommend professional vent cleaning at least once a year, especially if you use your dryer frequently. Clogged dryer vents are a leading cause of house fires and also make your dryer work much harder, increasing energy costs and wear on components. We include vent inspection with every dryer service.
Long drying times are often caused by restricted airflow—usually from clogged vents, lint buildup in the ductwork, or a failing blower wheel. It could also indicate a failing heating element that's not producing enough heat. We recommend addressing this promptly as it wastes energy and damages your clothes.
Common noises include squealing (worn drum rollers or belt), rumbling (bad motor bearings), thumping (something caught in the drum or loose baffles), or clicking (belt slipping or idler pulley problems). If you hear unusual sounds, it's best to stop using the dryer and call us before the problem worsens.
