1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this website or scheduling service with Tocheri Appliance Svc., you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.
2. Service Appointments
When you schedule an appointment with us, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your appliance and contact details
- Ensure access to your property at the scheduled time
- Cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours notice
- Provide a safe working environment for our technicians
3. Pricing and Payment
Our service pricing is as follows:
- Diagnostic fee: $89 (waived if repair is approved)
- Payment is due at the time of service completion
- We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
- Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date provided
4. Warranty
All repairs are backed by our 90-day warranty on both parts and labor. If the same issue recurs within 90 days, we will return and repair it at no additional charge. This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications
- Issues arising from other repairs by non-authorized parties
- Normal wear and tear on non-repaired components
5. Limitation of Liability
Tocheri Appliance Svc.'s liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential losses arising from appliance malfunctions. We recommend maintaining appropriate insurance coverage for your property.
6. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
