1. Service Guarantee
At Tocheri Appliance Svc., we stand behind our work with a comprehensive service guarantee. Our goal is your complete satisfaction with every service we provide.
2. 90-Day Warranty
All repair work is covered by our 90-day warranty on both parts and labor. If the same issue recurs within 90 days of service completion, we will return to your location and repair the problem at no additional charge. This warranty covers:
- All labor associated with the repair
- Replacement parts installed during the original service
- Return service visit at no charge
3. Diagnostic Fee Policy
Our diagnostic fee of $89 is applied toward the cost of any approved repair. If you choose not to proceed with a repair after diagnosis, the diagnostic fee is non-refundable as it covers our technician's time, expertise, and travel. This policy is disclosed and agreed upon before service begins.
4. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment:
- Cancellations with 24+ hours notice: No charge
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: $49 cancellation fee
- Same-day cancellation or no-show: $89 fee
5. Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and applies only to:
- Prepaid services that were not rendered due to scheduling errors on our part
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
- Services that failed to meet our quality standards (requires assessment)

- Include your service date, invoice number, and reason for the refund request
We will review your request within 3-5 business days and contact you with a resolution.
7. Part Returns
Parts may only be returned if they are defective or were incorrectly installed. We work directly with our suppliers to ensure replacement parts are of high quality. Once a part has been installed and the issue resolved, returns are not accepted.
